Archon Agenda: The Human Disconnect, Part One

Planet Earth, 2020. The human race is suffering, bombarded by a constant barrage of chaos, buckling under a shared state of collective trauma. This is nothing short of spiritual warfare . . .

Let's explore the psychology of human trauma. We all know the condition known as post-traumatic syndrome, perhaps intimately (especially after the year 2020). The term was introduced by psychologist Charles Figley (1978), a Vietnam War veteran and author of Stress Disorders among Vietnam Veterans. Since the 1970s, PTSD has been recognized as prevalent amongst survivors of the Holocaust and other global genocides, mass refugee exodus, wars, natural disasters, terrorism, mass shootings, human trafficking, rape, domestic violence, and child abuse or neglect.

So, what is complex post-traumatic syndrome (C-PTSD)? Described by trauma experts (as much as I loathe to use the term) from the Arizona Trauma Institute, C-PTSD is a condition which results from repeated exposure to toxic stress or other traumatic experiences. Have you watched any mainstream news or engaged in social media lately? I shamelessly digress. The C-PTSD sufferer develops the defense mechanism of constant hypervigilance, the so-called victim unable to feel safe or relaxed under most so-called normal life circumstances. The symptoms are myriad, including chronic pain, anxiety, depression, persistent relationship problems, self-harm, and suicide, just to name a few. Stephen Porges (2017), a pioneer researcher in PTSD, describes trauma as “a chronic disruptor of connectedness with others.” The sufferer has great difficulty or is unable to engage with and bond socially with fellow humans, also known as co-regulation, a crucial concept in the treatment of C-PTSD. The solution? In short, the face of fear met with fear or even a neutral visage perpetuates the threat response. However, met with a face of compassion and benevolence, the threat response is interrupted.

The cure for collective trauma?

Maybe it's Morgan Freeman . . .

There is no miracle cure for C-PTSD and no known drug to treat it. Of course, most psychiatrists will probably beg to differ. (In fact, C-PTSD is often diagnosed as bi-polar disorder and other all-too-common mental illnesses.) But there is a treatment: in short, human connection, one that is safe, intentional and fully engaged. (And of course a few other technical therapeutic techniques with lots of practice, but this is the gist of it.) Also, there is replacing shame with self-compassion, pessimism with hope (Gentry, 2019). But even these are generated by a cathartic, healing level of human interaction.

What is the essence of human connection? Eye-to-eye contact. Face-to-face interaction. Beneficent, heartful, friendly and loving communication, conversation and play. Not to mention the precious exchange of invisible heart energy. Technically speaking, the first muscles in the human body which react to a perceived threat as the sympathetic (fight or flight) nervous system engages are the eye (orbito-occidental) muscles (Porges, 2017). These are also the first to relax when the threat has been de-activated, and thus often beneficially the first to relax during meditation, mindfulness practice, progressive relaxation, etc. While it may no longer affect advanced AI facial recognition programs, masking up the world (supposedly to stop the spread of a super virus likely concocted by mad scientists during the Holocaust if not earlier) is seriously affecting the human’s ability to determine friend or foe. And need we explore the obvious powers of the benevolent human touch?

Increased social isolation hand-in-hand with the breakdown of the nuclear family and community ties across the board have been an alarming trend since the Vietnam War (University of Chicago, 2018). Over the past several decades, the rise of technology and the predominance of AI in our society has not done human relationships any favors. Anyone who has ever been ignored by a family member or partner too distracted by texting, soc-med posting, Candy Crush or Talking Tom on their cellphones or tablets to engage in conversation can attest to this fact. It kind of makes you feel like you-know-what. Gratuitous aside, it has been reported that a significant portion of millennials routinely engage in sexting (as in texting while engaged in sex.) This fun fact is unconfirmed at the moment but worthy of mention, I believe. This brings us to our current predicament: Planet Earth, 2021.

The extreme so-called preventative measures of the C-V pandemic are doing nothing less than creating a true pandemic of epic fear and confusion worldwide, i e,, mass trauma. The presumed powers that wannabe are masking up, shutting up and shutting in the world, making the six-feet-or-more social distancing ethos the borderline psychotic germophobic norm regarding interactive encounters. Or the sad lack thereof. Not to mention, rendering human interaction painfully awkward, divisive and downright contentious. Intentionally or not, the proverbial They are simultaneously stripping us of our most essential personal defenses, or trying to, namely the human body’s inherent electromagnetic shield which in turn affects the immune system. (Take heart, In this piece we won’t even get too deep into the massive socio-economic devastation occurring and the subsequent social and psychological catastrophes and ongoing collective and personal trauma this in turn will create.) The heart energy generates the body’s most powerful and extensive rhythmic electromagnetic field. The heart’s electrical field is 60x greater in amplitude than the brain and permeates every cell in the body. The magnetic component is approximately 5000x stronger than the brain’s magnetic field and can be detected several feet away from the body with sensitive magnetometers (Braden, 2000).

So, what other traumatic interpersonal or individual long-term health consequences is all of this mandated social distancing and collectivist (dare I say captive?) isolation creating, fellow Pandemicans? As one final point, ask yourself this (a question I credit as first posed by Matt McKinley at quantumofconscience.com): Have you seen just one government-sponsored public service ad or message (WHO? CDC? a state health department?) presented to educate the public on strengthening their precious immune system as a defense against any particular virus? Just one public service announcement mentioning the harmful health effects of toxic stress? I have not. What kind of absurd reality are we living in?

And I haven’t even mentioned the Archons yet. Who or what are the Archons?

To be continued in Part Two . . .
