Learning the Tarot Through Pop Culture

The Tarot never lies . . .

As I begin the inner journey of the metaphorical fool in learning the Tarot, I thought it might be helpful to create a guide associating some basic themes and archetypes common to literature and pop culture. And perhaps connect a few synchronistic dots along the way. For what it’s worth, the miasma of mostly useless pop culture from roughly the 1950s to the early 2000s is my forte, after all. But first, a little history of the Tarot. Although once upon a time it was literally a game, in the spiritual context of Tarot, the cards are a link to our subconscious and that of the questioner, if we are the reader. Delving into the world of Tarot cards may also connect us with the Akashic records and the eclectic realm of synchro-mysticism.
