3) There are no victims here. Let your tormentor be your mentor. (Resilience)

4) Everything is a choice. When you blame others for your circumstances, you rob yourself of the

power to change. (Accountability/Personal responsibility)

5) Happiness is not a destination. Chasing it is a trap. (Contentment)

6) Be grateful for waking up. Be grateful for sleep. (Gratitude)

7) Respect yourself without disrespecting others. (Self-esteem)

8) There is no try. Do or do not. (Persistence)

9) There is no growth without challenge and suffering. (Perseverance)

10) Live in the moment without regret or judgment. (Mindfulness)

11) Mind yourself. Trying to change others is unwise use of energy . (Discernment/Radical Acceptance)

12) Are you on the path of love or are you on the path of fear? . . . (Know and follow your 5 Agreements. )

13) Leggo your ego. (What is your level of self-awareness? Are you in ego consciousness or soul consciousness? )

Wholeness. Balance. Wisdom.
